Carl Maxwell has been a trucker for the last twenty years. He was born in Corona Ca. and raised in West Helena, AR. He joined the Marines when he was sixteen then came out to drive an ice cream Truck for Mel-O-Dee ice cream in Tulsa before going to Arkansas to open his own company. Not being happy as the ice cream man, he decided to drive the big trucks. He found a company who trained him and then put him on the road . Now he owns A Trucking Company in Cottage Grove, MN. In his spare time, he writes books. He is still out there and having fun. This book is about the first two years of his life as a trucker. A sequel is forthcoming.
